Logistics Hub 2: Facade Design and Visualization for Mileway
This project marked a unique opportunity to contribute not only as a visualizer but also as a facade designer. Tasked with updating the exterior identity of an existing industrial complex for Mileway, the challenge was to bring cohesion and modernity to a utilitarian structure. The new design introduces clean lines, rhythm through vertical cladding, and clearly articulated entrances that distinguish each tenant unit while maintaining a unified aesthetic. The interplay between the brick office volume and the sleek metal siding creates a contrast that is both practical and visually engaging.

Visualization Strategy
To communicate the transformation effectively, a series of exterior visualizations were produced, showcasing both broad context and human-scale interaction. One image captures the dynamic atmosphere of the site at golden hour—emphasizing light, material texture, and daily use—while the other highlights the full scale of the hub in crisp daylight, reinforcing clarity and structure. These visuals served not only as a presentation tool but also helped drive design decisions, ensuring a strong narrative from concept to client delivery.
