Östra Karup – A Future-Ready Business Hub in Båstad

Located on Östra Karup 23:1, this upcoming commercial development is strategically placed by the E6 highway, right across from Willab Garden. I was responsible for both architectural design and 3D visualization, working from the client’s site plan. The vision was to create a vibrant, functional environment that combines commerce, industry, mobility, and sustainability.

Architecture & Planning

The masterplan includes flexible business premises, retail units, logistics centers, EV service hubs, and restaurants, all distributed over a gross area of approximately 60,000 sqm. The buildings are designed with a strong focus on future-proof solutions and environmental responsibility—maximizing solar energy, promoting green mobility, and integrating seamlessly with the landscape and traffic flow.

These visuals illustrate the project’s integration into the surrounding landscape and its role as a key growth node for Båstad municipality. Aerial shots highlight its strategic access and scale, while closer views showcase the people-oriented public spaces and EV infrastructure. All images were modeled, textured, and rendered by me to reflect the client’s vision and goals.
