Spåret: Urban Living with Texture and Rhythm

Spåret is a residential development where materiality and urban integration take center stage. Designed with a rich palette of brick tones—ranging from soft beige to deep red—the architecture offers a tactile presence that grounds the building within its neighborhood. The visualization set was created to showcase how the varying facades and balcony types create rhythm and texture, while still maintaining a cohesive identity. The two images highlight contrasting moods: a crisp daytime view emphasizing material richness and clean geometry, and an atmospheric dusk scene capturing the energy of city life with warm lighting and autumn reflections. The project is about creating homes that feel both modern and timeless—rooted in tradition but alive with contemporary life.
